This Privacy Policy describes how the Ben-Gurion Flight Status (TLV) mobile application (the “App”) handles information when you use it. The App is a free, ad-supported application that displays real-time departure and arrival information for Ben-Gurion Airport (TLV), Israel.
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
While the App does not collect personal information itself, it uses the following third-party services, which may collect information used to identify or profile your device:
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, including a banner ad and an occasional app-open ad. To serve and measure ads, Google may automatically collect:
This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policies:
The App uses Google Play services, including the Google Play in-app update mechanism, which lets the App check whether a newer version is available on Google Play and offer to install it. Any information involved in this process is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
Flight information shown in the App is retrieved from the Israeli Government public open-data service (data.gov.il). When the App fetches flight data, the request includes standard technical information (such as your IP address), as with any internet connection. No personal information is sent with these requests.
The App stores a small amount of technical data locally on your device only (for example, the time an app-open ad was last shown, used to limit ad frequency). This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage.
The developer does not collect personal data and therefore does not sell, trade, or share any personal data with third parties. Data collected by Google (as described in Section 2) is shared with and processed by Google and its partners in accordance with Google’s policies.
The developer does not retain any personal data, because none is collected by the developer. Data collected by Google is retained in accordance with Google’s retention policies. Locally stored data (Section 4) is removed when you uninstall the App. To remove the advertising identifier associated with your device, reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.
All network communication performed by the App - including flight-data requests and advertising requests - is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The App does not permit unencrypted (cleartext) network traffic.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising in the App is provided by Google AdMob under its policies. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps.
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, under the EU GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights regarding personal data, such as access, correction, or deletion. Since the developer does not collect personal data, such requests regarding advertising data should be directed to Google using the links in Section 2. You may always contact us with any privacy question at the address below.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, for example when App capabilities change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
